Gareth Hoskins Architects provided feasibility options for the redevelopment of the Knockdow Estate and Grade B listed Knockdow House on the Cowal Peninsula into a luxury spa and golf resort destination. GHA were recommended to the owner of the estate due to our sensitive handling of listed buildings and good relationship with Historic Scotland & the local planning authority, and have since been commissioned to prepare a detailed planning application for the site.
