Gareth Hoskins Architects have won Planning approval for a high specification housing development at Partickhill in the heart Glasgow’s historic West End Conservation Area.

The project began when the practice provided pro bono advice to Partickhill Bowling Club, with ideas to revitalise the clubhouse and grounds.

Thanks to designer/developer, Noah, the Club is now looking forward to a new lease of life by investing funds realised from the sale of part of its grounds into improved facilities and expanding membership. The West End will gain six elegantly designed and much needed family townhouses and equally essential landscaped urban greenspace.
