Gareth Hoskins Architects have been shortlisted as one of 20 teams for a design competition for a new theatre in Frankfurt, Germany. The competition is to design a 300-350 seat theatre, with associated cafe bar and rehearsal space and 6 residential apartments above, on Paradise Lane in central Frankfurt. Proposals will be submitted at the end of February 2011 with a decision made later in the Spring.
