Gareth Hoskins Architects decided to build on last year’s summer barbeque success with a repeat of the event on Friday 17 August 2007, this time held at Mugdock Country Park in Milngavie. This year’s event was marginally more refined with the use of a purpose built barbeque area and less impromptu near-skinny dipping - attended as it was by even more family and friends. The ante was most definitely upped on the food front as well, with a mouthwatering selection of meats, salads, seafood and cakes, including delicacies and family recipies from across Europe! For those not too full to move, a very competitive series of rounders games were held on the adjacent field, and whether relaxing or running, a great day out was had by all.
