Gareth Hoskins Architects on South East Hub supply chain

Gareth Hoskins Architects are part of the integrated supply chain for the SPACE Consortium which has recently been announced as preferred bidder for South East Hub. The south east Scotland region is one of the first hub terrritories being piloted by Scottish Futures Trust and covers around £300m of public projects to be delivered over the next 10 years.

The hub scheme resembles the LIFT programme in England, with a private sector consortium teaming up with Local Authorities, NHS Health Boards and the Emergency Services on a range of different buildings through a single-point-of-delivery model; the first project, a library and community facitliy in Edinburgh, will get underway later this year. SPACE consortium is made up of Galiford Try, Davis Langdon and Fulcrum Infrastructure Group.
