BREEAM is considered to be the world’s leading design and assessment method for sustainable buildings and achieving a “very good” or “excellent” rating is increasingly required by private clients as well as government and public bodies. Appointing a BREEAM AP at an early stage of design development not only assists the design team to achieve the highest possible rating, it can also confer an additional two BREEAM points. This can sometimes be the difference between gaining or losing the required rating. Nick and Tim’s training will assist sustainable design for all practice projects as well as development of our Environmental Management System
