Gareth Hoskins Architects have recently submitted a planning application for the redevelopment of a 25,000sqm office building in Munich, Germany.

In addition to an internal reorganisation of all office spaces the proposals include a new terracotta facade, new entrances and public areas, a green roof and landscaping proposals. Work on site is expected to start in early 2013.
