Marlaw, the most recently completed private house by Gareth Hoskins Architects was announced as winner of a Glasgow Institute of Architects Award in the residential category at the annual ceremony on Friday 09 November.

The latest in a string of awards garnered by the contemporary villa in Pollokshields the judges complimented the care with which the building was designed and the attention to detail in its execution.

The annual Glasgow Institute of Architects awards are recognised at local and national level and are one of the main highlights of the annual GIA programme.
